To begin, ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat level surface. Verify the tire pressure of each tire, ensuring it matches the recommended psi indicated on the tire sidewall. Next, enter the vehicle and power it on without starting the engine. Locate the button to the right of the steering wheel marked as tpms or something similar. Press and hold this button until it starts blinking. Allow the car to sit for approximately 20 minutes for the recalibration process. Once the blinking stops, you can turn off the car and restart it to confirm that the reset was successful.

Nonsense. The 2014 Subaru Forester does not have a button like that. If it did, it would be specified in the manual, but it's not mentioned anywhere.

To reset the tire pressure monitor (TPMS) system in your 2014 Subaru Forester, start by turning the ignition key to the "on" position. Then, press the TPMS button, which is typically found under the dashboard, until the TPMS light blinks multiple times. Next, start your car and allow it to run for a minimum of 20 minutes. After completing these steps, your TPMS system should be successfully reset.
