Before resetting the tire pressure monitoring system on your 2009 Nissan Murano, make sure you have the correct tire pressure to prevent damaging the vehicle or endangering yourself. Once you've confirmed the pressure is correct, insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the ON position. Find the TPMS button on the steering wheel and press and hold it until it blinks three times. The TPMS will reset shortly afterward, and you can then proceed to drive as usual.

To reset the TPMS, have the vehicle turned off and then turn the key to the "On" position without starting the car. Press and hold the TPMS reset button until the tire pressure light blinks three times, then let go of the button.
