To start your 2017 Nissan Rogue using the remote, simply press the lock button on your key fob twice quickly. This will turn on the engine. The car will automatically lock itself for safety reasons, preventing someone from getting in and trying to drive off. In 2017, my Nissan Rogue key fob doesn't feature a remote start button. I overcome this by pressing the lock button multiple times to initiate the car's start.
