To begin removing the grill of the 2018 Ford Escape, start by removing the 10mm hex nuts at the top corners of the grill. Next, locate and remove the two small 7mm hex nuts at the bottom corners of the grill. The grill is connected to the backing by small clips that need to be carefully pried up to release them. Start by removing the Ford emblem, which is held in place by 7mm bolts. Then, carefully work around the top, bottom, and inside of the grill using a flat blade screwdriver to release the clips. Once the clips are released and the grill is off, you can proceed to install the new grill.
