To easily remove the dome light cover on a Ford Explorer, you'll require a small, flat tool such as a tiny flathead screwdriver. If you don't have one, you can use a small flat piece of metal or a plastic spudger. Look towards the back of the dome light until you locate a slight indentation. Insert your chosen tool into this hole and gently lift off the cover. It should come off without much effort, but you might need to give it a gentle push. Be cautious since dome light covers are usually made of plastic, and forcing it off could cause damage. It may take a bit of time, but with patience, you'll be able to detach it from the clips.
To take off the dome light cover, locate a small indentation at the back and carefully use a screwdriver to lower the cover.
