In a Toyota Sequoia, you can take out the middle seat in the second row of the SUV with the right tools. Find the seat brackets on the floor and remove the bolts securing them to the carpet. Focus on the metal brackets beneath the central seat. Once those are undone, separate the seatbelt assembly from the middle seat and lift it out cautiously. It's often simpler to collapse the third row and remove the seat from the back of the vehicle instead of using the side doors.
Underneath the carpet near the center seat, there is a lever that, when pulled and used to rock the center seat back and forth gently and repeatedly, should unlock it and enable you to take it out.
