To clear the oil indicator on a 2016 Ford Transit, start by turning the ignition to the ON position without starting the engine. Next, press down on both the gas and brake pedals simultaneously, fully pressing them down. Keep them held down for a minimum of 10 seconds. The screen will then read "Service: Oil Reset Complete". You can then release the pedals and start the engine. When getting an oil change, make sure to use SAE 5W-20 oil with a capacity of 6 quarts, including the filter.
