The 2015 Nissan Altima does not have a mute button for its Audio system. To unmute the audio, you'll need to turn the volume knob clockwise. If that doesn't resolve the audio issues, you can try to reset the radio in your car. To do this, turn the ignition key to the "on" position, switch on the radio, wait for ten seconds, then switch the radio off. Press the radio power button again and wait for it to reset. You can also enter the dealer-provided radio code to reset it. Additionally, check if there was a call; if not, press the "call hang up" button on the steering wheel to unmute the radio if it's muted.
