Next, access the user settings by pressing the button above the down arrow. Locate the "Service Interval" option and adjust the next distance or day count accordingly. Essential services like changing the engine oil and filter should be done every 6 months or 7,500 miles. The same frequency applies to maintaining the fuel filter, fuel tank, crankcase air filter, as well as checking the fuel lines and hoses. The air cleaner element needs to be replaced every two years. Spark plugs should be changed every 100,000 miles or every 10 years. Drive belts should be inspected at 60,000-mile intervals and then every 15,000 miles thereafter.
