The 2018 Toyota Camry with the 2.5 L 4-Cylinder engine requires 4.8 quarts of synthetic SAE 0W-16 oil along with a filter for an oil change. If SAE 0W-16 is not available, SAE 0W-20 can be used once, but it is important to switch back to SAE 0W-16 for the next change. Engine oil is essential for maintaining a clean engine and reducing friction between moving parts. It is recommended to change the oil and filter every 7,500 to 10,000 miles, which typically costs between $40 and $50 for labor at a shop. Performing an oil change on the Camry is simple and can be completed in 5 to 15 minutes.
The amount of motor oil needed for a 2018 Toyota Camry with a 2.5-liter engine is around 4.8 quarts in the United States.
Haha, this engine can work with any oil you can find in stores. If you check the manual from countries where the EPA doesn't have regulations, they recommend any viscosity up to 15w-40 depending on the climate. Seriously, do people really believe that 0w-16 is used in places like Saudi Arabia, Australia, or Russia? Let's be real, only in the US is 0w-16 the recommended viscosity because it's mandated by the EPA for manufacturers to recommend the same oil used in the MPG test. But that test doesn't measure engine life. Interestingly, the US manual actually advises against high-speed driving on 0w-16. Isn't it funny that it's so good that driving fast on it is cautioned against? Personally, I prefer using 0w-40 and 5w-30 oils as they make the engine run smoother and quieter.
On a 2.5-liter engine, it has a rating of 4.8.
