The pack includes two wipers, one for the driver's side (24 inches) and one for the passenger's side (20 inches). There is no rear wiper to worry about, so you can ignore that. To remove and install the blades, locate the black plastic nubs near the bottom of the blade. Squeeze and pull firmly to slide the old blade off. When putting on the new blades, repeat the process by sliding them on and down. After installation, test the wipers to ensure they are not scraping or rubbing against the windshield.
