Here's a rephrased version: Setting the clock on the 2018 Ford F-150 is a straightforward process. Locate the clock on the dashboard and identify the two buttons protruding. One button is for adjusting the minutes, while the other is for changing the hours. By pressing these buttons, you can alter the numbers displayed on the clock. It is important to note that the numbers only move in one direction, so if you go past the desired time, you will need to circle back until you reach the correct setting.

This video on YouTube demonstrates how to set the clock on your particular radio model. In addition to the usual steps, it includes a new step of selecting "Time" within the 12-hour or 24-hour choice screen, pressing "OK," adjusting the time using the up and down arrows on the arrow array, and pressing "OK" again. None of these methods are effective, not even the person claiming to debunk the issue, and when setting it to 24-hour mode first: none of the six arrow buttons alter the time, nor do the station preset buttons, or the volume and tuning knobs as seen in older vehicles. I'll search YouTube to see if the radio system in the 2018 F-150 they are talking about is the one installed in our vehicle.

The date that seems closest is October 27, 2022, but no luck. My wife has been struggling with this for over a week, trying to follow the unclear instructions in the owner's manual. The manual doesn't cover clocks and how to reset them. It seems like it's meant for people who don't even know how to spell "clock." That's not the case in the Obama-Biden era. Despite that, I managed to figure it out, even though the button descriptions don't match our digital clock—acting like them! This is just one of the reasons I won't be buying a new Ford. I'll stick with my 2005 F-150 and keep repairing it until it can't be fixed anymore.

Turn on the radio, hit the clock button. Press the down arrow and then OK to choose the 24-hour time format, indicated by a check mark. Proceed by using the arrows and OK button to adjust the time. Save the changes by pressing the clock button again. To switch back to the 12-hour time format, repeat the process. I discovered that setting the time without the 24-hour format checked doesn't function correctly on my 2018 F150.
