The Honda Passport includes front wheel drive or all wheel drive as standard, depending on the vehicle's trim. With all wheel drive, the system is always active and doesn't require manual activation. Unlike some off-road vehicles, the Passport does not feature a low-range transfer case for four wheel drive. The all wheel drive system is akin to a high-mode four wheel drive, providing added traction for both on-road and off-road driving.
To engage 4-wheel drive in a Honda Passport, simply push the 4WD button when the vehicle is not moving.
