I own a 2020 Toyota Camry. I noticed that the front interior lights do not automatically turn on like the back lights do. I have to push a button to turn on the front lights manually.

The 2020 Toyota Camry has different settings for its interior lights, controlled by buttons on the overhead panel. With four buttons, the outer ones control the adjacent lights, the center right button turns on lights when doors open, and the left button controls all lights. The front and rear lights should function together, so if not, check the bulbs after removing the cover for any damage. If bulbs are fine, there might be a problem with the switch or wiring.

I recently had the opportunity to try out a 2020 Camry XLE and noticed that they removed the dome light from the ceiling. The car was unlocked and there were no lights on, which I find to be a safety concern. It's disappointing that they eliminated the ceiling light and visor light. It seems like they're getting rid of essential features to increase profit. Shake my head... that's the way things are.

I also don't have a solution. I have searched everywhere I can think of to make them turn on when the door is opened, but I can't figure it out.
