If your Toyota Highlander's tire pressure monitor is activated on the driver information screen through the display button on the steering wheel, you can view real-time pressure in each tire. If the tire pressure warning light is on at the dashboard while that screen is displayed, it indicates that a tire is low. You should inflate the low tire to the recommended specifications listed on the sticker on your door. Following that, you can manually turn off the warning light or it may automatically go off depending on the model year and trim.
