The 2015 Chevy Trax doesn't have Apple CarPlay installed as per the manufacturer's specifications. However, it does come with the MyLink infotainment system for certain trim levels. Apple CarPlay was only integrated into Chevrolet's infotainment systems starting in 2016, and initially only in 14 models, excluding the Trax. It was eventually added to the system in 2018 and later models. If you really want Apple CarPlay in your 2015 Trax, you could consider purchasing an aftermarket radio receiver that includes the feature. Pioneer is a brand that offers a multimedia video receiver for your car with this capability. The price for the receiver usually falls between $280 and $300.
