The INFINITI QX70 does not come with a third row of seats, unlike the QX60 and QX80 which can seat 7 passengers. This absence of a third row is an unusual feature, which may be a reason why INFINITI discontinued this model in 2018. While there isn't space for passengers in the back, there is a cargo area of 24.8 cubic feet behind the rear seats, expandable to 62 cubic feet when the seats are folded down. However, compared to other compact SUVs in its class, this is still less spacious.
