Absolutely, the 2011 Hyundai Sonata is equipped with a car alarm that comes with a robust anti-theft feature. The car alarm can be easily activated using the provided fob. By default, the alarm is always active and includes motion sensors in a viper-alarm system. To disarm the car alarm, you just need to insert the key into the ignition and turn it all the way clockwise without starting the engine.
