The 2019 Subaru Crosstrek comes equipped with a CD player. Should you encounter any issues with it, the first step is to inspect the fuse box. Locate the fuse box by looking to the left of the steering wheel for a small seam or crack along the dashboard. You can open it using a screwdriver or prybar. Inside the fuse box, there are multiple fuses. The back of the panel you opened will display a diagram indicating the function of each fuse. If the diagram is not on the panel, refer to the vehicle's owner's manual to find it. Identify the fuse you need and simply remove it. A good fuse will have a thin strip of metal connecting the two raised sections. If this strip is broken, the fuse is defective and needs to be replaced. If the strip is intact, you can reinstall the fuse. Replacement fuses are inexpensive, costing about $10.
