The 2019 Honda HR-V doesn't have a power liftgate but does have a power tailgate. A liftgate is raised and lowered automatically, while a tailgate is lifted and closed by hand, using a hinge. If you're looking to get a liftgate, parts alone can cost you between $210 and $640. On top of that, if you have a mechanic or service pro replace it, you'll need to shell out an extra $180 to $450 for labor.
