The 2014 BMW X3 does not come with a spare tire option or a designated place to mount one in the vehicle. While you could purchase an aftermarket tire and mounting kit, it may not look aesthetically pleasing as there isn't a good spot to install it. Placing it in the trunk would take up most of your storage space, which is less than ideal. However, BMW cars are equipped with run-flat tires which are able to self-seal in case of a puncture, allowing you to drive to a repair shop safely. It's important to note that while run-flat tires can withstand some damage, they should not be used indefinitely.
In the 2014 X3 model by BMW, you won't find a spare tire. Instead, the vehicle comes equipped with "run flat" tires that are designed to allow the driver to safely continue to a nearby BMW dealer or auto shop to have a damaged tire replaced.
