My 2019 Ford F-250 truck has 2200 miles on it. There have been a few instances where, when I put it in gear and try to move, it hesitates, jerks, and then moves. Taking it in for a check-up tomorrow to see what's going on.

I have experienced a similar issue with hesitation when shifting between park, drive, or reverse. I initially had it looked at when my vehicle reached 10,000 miles, but resetting the shift module didn't solve the problem. Now, at only 19,000 miles during my second oil change, my dealer is saying that Ford is suggesting a transmission rebuild for my $50,000 truck that's just a year old. Personally, I would prefer them to replace the transmission altogether rather than going through a rebuild process.

I own a 2019 F250 Limited diesel truck with 22,000 miles on it. When the truck is cold, it shifts roughly, and last night, after driving at 55 mph for about an hour, the transmission suddenly started downshifting on its own, going from 5th gear all the way down to 1st gear. I was left stranded in the middle of nowhere. I managed to shift it into neutral to get it out of the road, but now it won't move forward even when I press the gas pedal while in drive.
