The reason why the heated seats in the 2016 Honda Pilot aren't working is likely because the fuse is blown. To access the fuse box located under the hood of the car, you need to raise the hood and secure it in place. Look for a black box along the right side of the engine compartment with a visible seam. Open this box to reveal the fuse inside. The inside of the box cover will have a diagram showing which fuse corresponds to what function. If the diagram is not there, refer to the car's owner's manual. Once you identify the faulty fuse, remove it. A functional fuse will have a thin metal strip connecting the two raised sections; if this strip is broken, the fuse needs to be replaced. Otherwise, you can reinsert the fuse. A new fuse typically costs around $10, making it an affordable fix.
