If you own a newer Ford Fiesta model, chances are you're familiar with Ford's partnership with Microsoft, SYNC. There are two simple methods to do a SYNC master reset. In one, you would go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone or device, locate SYNC, and delete it. Then, on your car's head unit screen, press MENU, go to SYNC Settings, and choose Master Reset. After that, reconnect your phone. Alternatively, you can remove SYNC from your phone's Bluetooth menu, press the PHONE button on your car's screen, navigate to RETURN, then ADVANCED, and finally select MASTER RESET.
To reboot the radio in a Ford Fiesta, simply press and hold the volume knob until it resets.
To reset your device, simply scroll to page 2, find the master reset option, tap yes, and the sync process will start resetting the device.
