The primary issues with the 2013 Land Rover LR2 tend to be the typical ones expected in any Land Rover vehicle. These include oil leaks, electrical malfunctions, and computer system glitches. While Land Rover has improved its reliability over the years, there is still room for enhancement. The LR2 tends to have below-average reliability ratings, with frequent occurrences of engine gasket failures resulting in slow oil leaks. Additionally, computer malfunctions may cause the vehicle to run roughly and misfire.

In my opinion, it has proven to be dependable. However, I had to take it in for warranty repairs early on to address an exhaust issue inside the cabin... Not just once, but twice! The second time, Land Rover replaced a costly component in the engine, fortunately covered by warranty.
