The Honda Civic uses M14 X1.5 lug nuts to attach the wheels to the car. It is important to tighten the lug nuts to 80 foot-pounds to prevent any issues. Loose lug nuts can damage the wheels and rotors and may result in a dangerous situation if the wheels detach due to broken studs. Over tightening the lug nuts is also not advised as it can lead to rotor warping. The Civic has a wheel bolt pattern of 5×114.3, meaning there are five wheel studs spaced 114.3 mm apart, measured from one stud's edge to the center of the stud across from it, with one stud space skipped in between.
The Honda Civic requires lug nuts sized at M14 x 1.5.
