Over tightening the lug nuts is also not advised as it can lead to rotor warping. The Civic has a wheel bolt pattern of 5×114.3, meaning there are five wheel studs spaced 114.3 mm apart, measured from one stud's edge to the center of the stud across from it, with one stud space skipped in between.
