The radio in a 2014 Ford Flex plays a crucial role in the vehicle's daily use. When the radio malfunctions, it's not just the music that you lose. While there aren't many complaints about the radio not working, some users have reported issues such as a blank display and no audio. Resetting the SYNC system may sometimes resolve the problem, but more often than not, it doesn't. One common solution that seems to work is removing the radio fuse from the internal fuse panel located underneath the driver's side dashboard. There are two radio-related fuses, but the one you're looking for is fuse #29, a 20 amp fuse in the bottom row of four. Take out this fuse for a few seconds, reinsert it, then start the ignition to test if the radio is functioning properly.
