If the ABS and traction control lights are on in your 2015 Hyundai Sonata, it means the speed sensor has detected a problem with the brakes. It might be a minor issue like low brake fluid or worn-out pads, but it could also be a serious problem like potential brake failure. It's important not to drive the car until you get this fixed, as faulty brakes can be dangerous and lead to injury for yourself or others. Take the vehicle to a repair shop for inspection. A simple fix might cost around a hundred dollars, but if it's a major issue, the repair bill could be much higher. While a faulty VSS is a possibility, it's more likely that the problem lies with the brakes.

The dealer already replaced two sensors and won't be able to replace the third one until April. I think there should be a recall for these sensors. I wonder how many 2015 Hyundai owners are experiencing this issue.

In American English, if the ABS and traction control lights are illuminated on your 2015 Hyundai Sonata, it indicates an issue with the wheel sensors.

I've experienced the same thing in my 2016 Hyundai Sonata as well.

I own a 2015 Hyundai Sonata with only 8,085 miles, but three of the ABS sensors are malfunctioning. I contacted Hyundai about these faulty sensors, emphasizing that the car has been rarely driven due to having a truck and my wife passing away. The dealership confirmed that there are six of these sensors in total, but offered no assistance. I enjoy the car except for this issue and believe Hyundai should replace all the sensors due to a high number of defective ones from the factory. Unfortunately, I did not receive any help from Hyundai.
