If the screen in your Lincoln Navigator isn't working, you might have a cable disconnected under the dashboard or need to reset the software. To reset, go to the Settings tab on the touchscreen, select Advanced, scroll using the seek buttons, and choose Master Reset. SYNC will prompt you to confirm. This will delete stored data like call history and paired phones, restoring your system to its default settings. You can also update your software by logging into your SYNC Owner account and visiting the SYNC Software Updates page. If there's an available update, select Download SYNC Update.

How do you restart if the screen is blank and you can't see it?
My screen keeps restarting while I'm driving. It's brand new, but it has randomly reset twice in the past two days.
In the past month, my screen has rebooted around four times while I've been driving. Each time it restarts, the running boards reset to off. Now, out of nowhere, the A/C is blowing hot air on the driver's side and cool air on the passenger side, despite both being set to low at 60 degrees and even after trying to adjust the settings. The center screen is really glitchy.
If the display isn't functioning in your Lincoln Navigator, it could be due to a loose cable underneath the dashboard or require a software reboot.
Are you referring to the rear televisions?
Hey everyone, if you're thinking about purchasing a Lincoln with navigation, think again. It's not worth spending $150,000 on a car that had a screen freeze issue within a month.
My screen suddenly turned off, and I've only driven fewer than 12,000 miles.
