The Subaru XV Crosstrek was made from 2013 to 2015 and has a standard 2.0 L 4-cylinder engine. This engine requires 5.1 US quarts of motor oil with the filter and 4.6 US quarts without the filter. You should use 0W-20 synthetic blend oil. The oil drain plug has a 14mm head size, and you can use a power tool or a socket wrench to remove it. If you choose a power tool, apply a torque of 20 lbs-ft.
