The 2013 Nissan Sentra's key fob is powered by a CR2032 3-volt coin cell battery. To replace the battery, use a thin, sturdy object like a gift card to carefully pry open the key fob's case without damaging it. Once open, remove the old battery with your fingernail or a small flat blade screwdriver. Insert the new battery with the positive side facing down, ensuring it is securely in place. Realign the two halves of the key fob and press around the outer edge to clip it back together.
