The 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 has 6x9" speakers in the front doors and 6-1/2" in the rear. If the speakers are not working, it indicates a fuse issue. To access the fuse box, locate a small seam or crack to the left of the steering wheel on the dashboard. Use a screwdriver or prybar to open it up. Inside, you'll find various fuses. The back of the panel you opened will have a diagram detailing the functions of each fuse. If this diagram isn't there, you can refer to the vehicle's owner's manual. Once you determine the necessary fuse, remove it. Check if the thin strip of metal connecting the two raised sections of the fuse is intact. If it's broken, the fuse needs replacement; if it's intact, the fuse is still good to use. New fuses typically cost around $10 each, making them an affordable fix.
