Once the dripping stops, replace the drain plug and find the intake port on top of the oil pan. Use a funnel to fill the oil pan to the proper level, making sure not to overfill. It's better to be a little under than to overfill, as overfilling can result in leaks and excessive oil consumption. After filling the oil, close the intake port, clean up any spills, and your oil change is complete.
