Depending on which setup you choose for your 2014 INFINITIQ50, it will come with either a 3.5L V6 engine (VQ35HR) or a slightly larger 3.7L V6 (VQ37VHR). For both options, you should use 5.2 quarts of SAE 5W-30 full synthetic motor oil. If you can't find that, you can use SAE 5W-40 temporarily, but it's not ideal. Heavier oils create more friction in your engine, causing premature wear and tear and potentially leading to engine failure earlier than expected. It's best to stick to the manufacturer's recommended oil, even if it costs a bit more per change.
