For a 2004 Toyota Sienna, the recommended transmission fluid is ATF-Type III-H automatic transmission fluid. To change the fluid, start by ensuring the car is parked on a level surface and then open the hood. Locate the transmission fluid reservoir, usually located near the transmission, and locate the dipstick. Remove the dipstick, wipe it clean, reinsert it, and pull it back out to check the fluid level. Note the amount of fluid and determine how much is needed to top it off. Use a funnel to carefully add fluid until it reaches the full line. It's okay if it's slightly below the full mark, but do not overfill. Once filled, close the reservoir, and you're ready to hit the road.
