On the 2002 Chevrolet Silverado, you can find the fuse panel in the engine compartment on the right side. To locate the fuse #2 for the anti-lock brakes, look for the top row of fuses, the one second from the left if you don't have a diagram. This is a 60A fuse placed between two 40A fuses. The diagram and location are consistent across all Silverado models from 2000 to 2002, and remain similar through 2007. If you discover a blown fuse, it's probable that there are other issues with the ABS system; don't just replace the fuse without investigating further. Search for the underlying cause of the blown 60A fuse.
On the 2002 Chevy Silverado, there are two fuse boxes- one under the hood and the other beneath the dashboard below the steering wheel.
I experienced the identical problem with my 2002 Chevy Silverado. What worked for me was taking out, cleaning, and then putting back the ABS wheel speed sensors.
