If you've got the navigation package in your 2006 Cadillac CTS, you'll find an AUX input in the center console of the sedan. This feature adds a 3.5mm jack for connecting your MP3 player or smartphone. Simply grab a male to male 3.5mm cable, link it to your device, and control the music from there. The volume can be adjusted using the radio knob. While AUX inputs are more prevalent now, they were a newer addition in 2006, hence being exclusive to the upgraded stereo and navigation setup.
The 2006 Cadillac CTS is not equipped with an auxiliary input port.
