In the 2016 Buick Enclave, the battery is located beneath the passenger front seat under the floor. To access it, remove the rugs from the second row of the vehicle to reach the latched battery compartment. Open the compartment, release the clamp securing the battery, disconnect the negative and then positive cables, and carefully remove the old battery. You can purchase a replacement battery with a group size of H6 or 48, usually priced around $150, at local auto part stores or Walmart.
