Your 2009 Dodge Ram has a total of five blend door actuators. To locate them, you'll have to take out the console: two are situated behind the climate controls, one is positioned behind the glove box, and there's another close to the recirculator. The most challenging one to access is the actuator located at the back of the HVAC assembly. Before diving into this task, it's essential to confirm that this actuator is the cause of the issue you're experiencing. If you're noticing a clicking sound from the passenger side and the heat there is not as warm as on the driver's side, then get ready for an interesting project. Best of luck with the repair!
