In most AudiQ5 model years, a standard block heater is not included, so there won't be a block heater cord unless the cold weather package or Arctic package was specifically ordered when the vehicle was bought. If you have one, finding the block heater can be a bit tricky, but you can usually locate it at the bottom of the engine block. The block heater cord connects directly to the block heater, so once you find that, you should locate the cord. In some cases, certain Q5 models may have an oil pan heater instead, which will be situated at the oil pan.
