The 2004 Chevy Impala blower motor relay is located to the left of the steering wheel. To access the fuse box, look for a small seam or crack along the dash to the left of the steering wheel. Use a screwdriver or prybar to open this panel. Inside, you will find a series of fuses. On the back of the panel, there will be a diagram that indicates the purpose of each fuse. If this diagram is not present on the panel, you can also refer to the vehicle's owner's manual. Once you identify the needed fuse, simply remove it. A functional fuse will have a thin strip of metal connecting the two raised sections. If this strip is broken, the fuse needs to be replaced. If the strip is intact, you can reinsert the fuse. A new fuse typically costs around 10 dollars, making them an affordable option.
