The blower motor relay or resistor for a 2011 Nissan Rogue is located next to the accelerator pedal near the firewall. To make it easier to replace, consider removing the accelerator and brake pedals although it's not required. Start by taking off the lower kick panel beneath the steering wheel, held in place by one screw and several clips. Once that's done, set the pedals aside and locate the electrical connector next to the gas pedal on the right. Disconnect it, then unscrew the top and bottom screws to remove the resistor.

The blower relay can be found in the fuse box on the left side of the steering wheel. It's the larger square at the top right when you take off the fuse panel cover.
