In the 2012 Nissan Rogue, you can find the blower motor relay location in the car's fuse box. To access the fuse box, check the area to the left of the steering wheel for a small seam or crack along the dashboard. You can use a screwdriver or prybar to open this panel. Inside, you will see a collection of fuses. Look at the back of the panel you opened for a diagram that indicates the purpose of each fuse. If it's not there, you can refer to the vehicle's owner's manual. Identify the fuse you need and remove it. Check for a thin strip of metal connecting the two raised sections on the fuse. If this strip is intact, the fuse is still good and can be reinserted. If it's broken, the fuse needs to be replaced. Replacement fuses are typically inexpensive, costing around 10 dollars.
The blower motor resistor for the 2012 Nissan Rogue can be found within the dashboard, positioned across from the steering wheel.
