The cabin air filters for the 2016, 2017, and 2018 Chevrolet Cruze models are all located behind the glove box on the passenger's side. Although gaining access may be a bit challenging due to the need to remove a few bolts, the actual process of changing the filter should be straightforward. While it may take up to an hour to complete the task because the glove box cannot be easily removed, replacing the filter itself is a relatively simple task once you have access. Just pull out the old one and insert the new one without much trouble.
