To replace the cabin air filter in your 2012 Chevrolet Suburban, first locate it beneath the glove box on the passenger side. Remove the screws securing the plastic panel and take it off to reveal the cover of the air filter housing. Lift off the cover to access the filters. Pull down the first one and slide the second one forward before pulling it down. When installing new filters, reverse these steps. You can find a compatible filter set from WIX, the WP10428, at O'Reilly's for approximately $19. It offers reliable performance for cabin air filters.
The cabin air filter for the 2012 Chevrolet Suburban can be found situated behind the glove compartment.
I haven't been able to locate it no matter where I've searched. Any ideas?
In most 2012 Suburbans, you can find the cabin air filter under the glove box near the floor. Look for a black panel that covers it and use a 7mm tool to remove the screws. The air box is situated in that area.
