As the proud owner of a 2015 Jeep Cherokee, if you ever find yourself needing to locate the canister purge valve, don't worry, it's an easy task that should only take you about 4 to 9 minutes. Simply head to the back of your vehicle and find the metal exhaust pipe sticking out from under your SUV's rear bumper. Look just above the rear muffler, and you'll spot the evap canister housing the valve inside. If you ever need to replace the valve, be prepared to spend between $104 and $240 just on the new parts alone.
