You can locate the 12-volt outlet in the 2010 Lexus RX350 near the gear selector at the base of the center console. To access it, simply open the panel on top. If the outlet is not functioning correctly, check the fuse under the driver's side dashboard as it can easily be damaged if there is a short circuit in the housing of the cigarette lighter. This outlet is great for charging electronic devices that can connect to it.

I'm replying to Theodore J.'s comment about the cigarette lighter located under the back passenger vent. It seems like this feature may be an optional addition, as it is not present in my own car but I would like to have it.
