The coolant temperature sensor in the 2014 Cadillac ATS is located at the rear of the engine, which can lead to various engine-related issues. It's important to promptly address any loose gaskets by tightening them. Oil leaks should be fixed without delay to prevent further problems. Keep an eye out for spark plugs popping off, as this can cause engine complications. Overheating is a serious concern that may result in vehicle fires and even explosions. Watch for signs of excessive oil consumption and change the oil promptly when needed. Remember to replace the air filter every 15,000 to 30,000 miles, change the coolant every 60,000 miles, and replace spark plugs every 100,000 miles unless they're copper, in which case they should be changed every 30,000 miles or so.
