If you own a 2015 Chevy Cruze, you might need to locate the crankshaft position sensor. It's simple to find and won't take much time. Start by opening the hood of your car and using the prop arm on the passenger side to keep it open. Look near the base and rear of the engine block, just above the starter, to find the camshaft position sensor.
The crankshaft position sensor for the 2015 Chevy Cruze can be found on the crankshaft near the bottom of the engine, positioned just above the starter motor.
When my engine overheats, I usually let it cool down. But once I removed the thermostat and drove the car like that, it overheated again and now it won't start. Do you think the crankshaft sensor needs to be replaced, or could it be something else causing the issue? Thank you for your help.
