The factory amplifier for a 2002 Lincoln LS is located discreetly beneath the rear deck behind the back passenger seats. To access this area, you will require a pry tool and a clip tool. The paneling on the top of the back section must be removed, along with the center panel, revealing yet another panel underneath that must also be removed. Once these panels are removed, you will then have a clear view of the original factory amplifier that was installed in this vehicle.
